Igloo No. 4 Foundation Scholarship Program

Each year, Igloo No. 4 Foundation awards multiple scholarships to descendants of members of Pioneers of Alaska Men's Igloo No. 4 and Women's Igloo No. 8. Applicants must be a full-time student at any statewide University of Alaska facility for the Fall semester and have completed 12 or more credit hours of classes numbered 100 or above the previous Spring semester. The qualification of a Vocational school will be considered by the Foundation Board.  The number of scholarships and amount awarded varies each year, depending upon the number and qualifications of the applicants.

All application materials (application, current transcript, biographical essay, and Fall registration) must be MAILED in the same envelope and postmarked no later than December 30th, 2022 or June 15, 2023.
